A recently wed husband tells his wife he is going deer hunting the next weekend. She is so excited and assumes she will be included. Her husband explains she would hate it. Its a bunch of guys who sleep on the ground in the cold, drink beer, tell dirty jokes, scratch, burp and pass gas. She insists she is going to go. He gives in. On the appointed day he takes her to a clearing in the woods, gives her an old shot gun and tells her if a deer comes down the trail to shoot it and that he will be in another clearing down the trail and will return in about 5 hours. He then hurries down the trail to join his buddies. After no more than 45 seconds he hears A thunderous "BAM". He rushes back to the clearing where he left his wife just in time to hear a man say " don't worry mam, you killed it, it's your deer, I have no intention of taking it from you but I do wish you would let me take my saddle off it"

This is a true story. Wife insisted on going along on a bear hunt with hubby and his buddies. He finally relented. Off they went. Got up early, had some breakfast. He tells her she can try to catch up to them After she cleans the dishes. She quickly scrubbed em by the creek and got her rifle and was catching up to them. Called out to him several times and finally caught up. He told her to be quiet she would scare off any bears in the area with her noise. So she followed along behind them. Several times she told her hubby she is hearing something following behind them. He kept telling her to be quiet. Walking along, she heard a noise very close behind her, turned around, and there was a Black bear in the trail. He raised up on his hind feet and she raised the rifle and fired from her hip. She has a bear run....he and his buddies don't!
