Get a bid from both, compare units, scope of the work and decide (retired usaf pilot, but have been building houses for a long time).. Husker fan yes, Dead timbers are nope but know the area well, live on Pace Pt. across from Sandy creek.. Get the dude's name, have met several husker guys here, might just host a national championship party here.. haha..

Decided on Kelley's simply because he's Irish and so am I. I guess I could be prosecuted for discrimination but, who cares. Husker, the reason I asked if you were in the Deadtimbers area is, we were looking at piers and boathouses a couple of years ago and met, and talked, to a Husker's fan with a beautiful 2 story Boathouse and he flies the Husker's flag. Just thought it may have been you. Apparently not.

I am usually only there on weekends and both times I needed service it was very hot and they came right away and got it fixed. One time, he needed to order two parts, I wanted to pay in advance since i would not be there and they would not take money and said we will send you a bill in Atlanta. I checked the part prices on line and they charged me less than if I ordered the parts and installed myself.
I love fair and honest people and these folks are. I highly recommend and hope your experience goes just as well.

Jerry was great. He came at the same time the adjuster was there to give me a quote on the Hail damage. Jerry convinced the adjuster that there was extensive damage to my AC unit so, I may be getting extra $$$$$ for the AC unit. Either way, great guy and I appreciate the referral.
