Okay so for the last couple of Sundays we have experienced the same issue. We get tired of visiting the same restaraunts over, and over, and over and look for new things to do on the lake. But on Sundays there is never anywhere to eat. Well except Sinclairs, Niffers and Oscars. We went to Chucks last Sunday and they were closed... probably from the damage they received. Went to LMOB and closed, and plenty of others that were closed. If you want to eat at 3 pm on a Sunday looks like you only have a very limited number of choices... unless I am wrong? We are on the Eclectic side, but are willing to drive. Does anyone know of any other options?

get prepared food at catherines market and take it home. they do a great job with it.

Springhouse is not open for dinner on Sunday, but they are open for lunch.

Get up at sunrise, get a cup of joe, jump in the boat, catch a dozen of fat crappie, fillet the bad boys, and cook a few eggs.. Can have the kitchen cleaned up by 8:00 AM and still have time to worship "Our Lady fo the Lake."

Try Christophers (old Cove). I have not been to their restaurant at the lake but I did go to the one in Auburn just before they moved. It's a little pricey but I reccomend the duck with butterscotch sauce. (hope they kept that on the menu!) It was amazing! I know alot of people didn't like the Cove....but give the new guys a chance! They also have a bar upstairs! I think they might even have raw oysters!

I do think the miller light goes great with it. try it. it's yum....I know it might not be deep fried but it is good! bud light might be good with it as well....

I heard a guy in the barbershop Thurdsday that said he and his wife went to Christophers for breakfast. It cost them $42 to got out of the place, for the same breakfast you could get anywhere for under $10.

It takes PP that long to get ready.

Now the truth is told by ALSCN -- PP is a one of those look at me in the mirror types of preppy guys, that has to have every hair on his head in place. - LOL.

Heck I thought PP was a typical guy in and out of the shower in like 5 minutes and ready to go in 10 minutes.

It's not getting ready, it's getting out of bed that gets me.
