You've come to the right place. Permitting is a bit confusing around these parts, but here are the highlights: Check with BigFoot to be sure your addition does not encumber land that should be used for sports. Take before and after pictures and post with jlazc on the LM Sweethome facebook site for aesthetic review board review. Check with the Webmaster for satelite internet connection clearance for the new room, and if you rent it out, you must take out an ad. Catboat will give you clearance for docking the boat, parking the chevy, "hosing" the property, and admiring the scenery. Check with Mack about AP restrictions for airport runway lighting. John C will advise whether the new addition brings your property value in line with your neighbors. Tate AU, BambBob and alahusker will have to authorize any flag flying. MrHodja and GoneFishin will advise on solar panels, septic tanks and insurance. There are many others who sign off on the check list, but clear these first and we will get back with you.

Tallapoosa county, call the courthouse in Dadeville and talk to Todd Flurry. My permit cost $85, but it may be based on the size/cost of the additon. Building an addition right now.
