Mack, you should take him up on that offer. You will need, however, a seat belt, lots of sunscreen, good eyesight and a large bag for the goodies. Knowledge of poker is helpful, but not required.

No, you all have it wrong. A poker run is where you pay a bunch of money for a donation to a worthy cause to enter. Then spend an equal amount of money on beer. Then spend an ungodly amount of money on gas. Then spend about 4 hours rounding up hot babes to ride with you. Next comes a retainer that needs to be paid to your boat mechanic for repairs needed after the event. Next you run around the lake at full speed rounding up cards for a poker hand. At the end you pay more money to buy extra cards. In the end you had a blast, your billfold is empty, you are hungover, your boat is broke, the babes leave, and your wife comes home from her trip with the girls and wonders why you are so sunburned and there is no grocery money for the week. Oh well. I would do it again in a minuet.
