Lousy show that puts RINO's or Rockefeller Republicans on that are not conservative or are cafeteria conservatives and tries to convince the unknowing (or in your case the right hating) that they have all the answer to all to the electoral problems of Republicans. They keep putting up people like Colin Powell who has voted for more Democrats for President than Republicans and telling us we just need to listen to him.

As a matter of historical fact, over the last 30 years the Republican party has done better when they espouse and act on conservative social and economic principles. They have done the worst electorally when they try to be Democrat-lite or they abandon those principals when drunk with the power and corruption of Washington. I welcome factually based counter arguments and not liberal talk show talking points........

Both said the GOP has lost it's way and should return to conservative principles -- I agree.. The point was made that the Hispanic voter base is exploding -- well daaa... Beyond that I got nada out of it..

What they mean is we should pander to every voting block like Democrats. But no one pandered more than McCain to hispanics and look where it got him. The fact is we need to be conservative both socially and fiscally and really mean it. Only then will we return to majority status. And forget listening to the alleged middle of the road voters. They are really liberals that will never vote for a Republican and recognize the long term negative effect becoming Dem-lite will have on the GOP.

Lot's of talk of moderation from both moderate republicans.. watched it again on the DVR.. Just dont agree with either on diluting conservative principles to get votes.. think it was Winston Churchill that said something about 'being 20 and an idealist was ok.. but when you are 40 and have not learned better, you need a 'time out' and think about it?' (or something like that?) Math major in college and my history ain't too keen
