Ok, so it is time for my annual missive on electronics and water. I feel compelled to pass this knowledge along to newbies. ELECTRONICS LOVE TO GO SWIMMING!! This is especially true of small, mobile units such as cell phones, cameras and I-pods. Another observation is that the newer and more expensive the unit is, the greater affinity for water that unit will have.
TAKE PRECATIONS!!
My new LG phone managed to make a journey to the pier on Friday. It must have decided to enjoy some time in the sun before taking the final plunge. It affixed itself to a chair in the hot sun. But alas, the thunderstorms of Saturday morning must have sated its desire for water for a short time. It was located on Sunday morning when someone picked up the chair it was again sunning in. Although it made an escape attempt, it was caught before being submerged in the soothing, calming waters of paradise we call Lake Martin.
So newbies, you have been warned!!

I wish it was sunglasses!! The love of my life has already taken a pair of prescription glasses from me this year also. I only buy cheap sunglasses becasue she has taken to many pair from me in the past.
So CAT, that is why I haven't returned your call. Your, and everybody else I know, numbers are in my phone and nowhere else. I saw where you had a plan, call me and fill me in since I am too lazy to look up your work number...lol.
