Flash in a pan for 1 min on each side then bake in the oven @ 500F for 10 min on each side. Owwwwwww so good

Hey.. yall remember.. to each his/her own.... Not that I really like any kind of "sauce" on my steaks either. Ribeye, NY strip, T-bone..... I pull my chair up to the table for any of them... just call me for dinner!!!!
