I was driving over the bridge, southbound, today about 5:30 PM and saw that Lake Martin Dock company was setting the anchor buoys for Aquapalooza.

I took a few pics, see below link. I don't know how many more they will put up, but at least it shows you exactly where the stage will be, and the overall anchor plan.
