Everyone should read the July issue of Lake Magazine. There is an excelent article about the recent independent analysis of the future of Lake Martin.

Lets only hope AL Power will use it in their FERC renewal.

It will bring July to all of us in September.

What goes into the decisions regarding the lowering of lake-levels during an Alabama winter. Just wondering. I say this because of the fact that drought accross the nation at various places - lakes in particular has gone as far as dry some up. Of course that won't be the case with ML.. But I'm asking.

BTW - It's was a "cold" July in Cincinnati; coldest on record with an average temp of just 71 degrees. 78.5 is normal. Things are sure to climb as Jimmy Buffett plays Cincinnati Thursday night. I'm stil looking for tix..

Look me up on Facebook. Geno Wolters
