That darn Palin ... the demand for her book remains strong. While the rest of the top 100 has changed ... the top selling book remains Sarah Palin. And that is just on all the pre buying of people that can not wait until it is released.

I just read that while the publishers knew it would sell well, the demand has exceeded their expectations and are increasing the initial production by another 1 million copies. Based on the prebuys they would not have been able to fill all the orders.
