Why should this country feed this piece of Islamic garbage for the next 50 years? I think that he should have received t the death penalty with stoning under Sharia Law as the method of execution.

The XMas Day Bomber over Detroit will plead a similar defense and get life.
The Ft, Hood Murderer will get a life sentence.
The Planner of Sept. 11 in Guantanamo will plead guilty (he already has) and get a life sentence.

If there was a Declaration of War by Congress on Terrorism, how would these Islamic solders have been sentenced? Maybe it;s time for a formal Declaration of War!!!
