Subject:   Pencil Neck Schiff's Fraud Least of His Worries

You have to first get a conviction.  Not sure where this case will be brought but if it's anywhere around DC getting a conviction is going to be tough.  I just want to at least see the perp walk and his whining about all the legal fees.  Conviction will be icing on the cake.
