Let me answer that for everyone, he did not.  First of all note that this is a recently-defunded nprBS story so take it with a huge grain of salt.  Second, it was allegedly left on a printer at some hotel but nprBS won't disclose who allegedly found it for "fear of retribution"......why would a hotel staffer or some other person fear retribution?  They would not.  So basically this never happened, some deep state flunky leftist staffer concocted the whole thing and knew nprBS would run with it or more likely they came up with the story together.  Third, it was "highly classified" information such as the seating chart, the menu, meeting times and locations, etc. for meetings taking place on a secure military base for a series of meetings everyone in the world knew was happening.

nprBS did find some leftist UCLA prof to opine how bad this was which already tells you what a nothingburger this is as the usual national security go-to TDS experts probably refused to be quoted knowing that only nprBS and gullible rubes would believe the story and even if true, actually find it so disturbing. 

Fake news and Goofy fell for it hook, line and sinker.  TDS stirkes again.
