I contact all my renters by the first of June and told them if the water continued to drop we would not have water at our dock by late June.

I also told them if it was me I would cancel their plans. Also all notices were given at least 6 weeks in advance.

I took our home off the rental market immediately thereafter and placed a LOW WATER LEVEL warning on my rental site so others would be aware of the water level in case others they spoke with did not inform them of the situation.
