I saw a picture with the caption "Lake Shast is full" - is that, indeed true?  If so, how long has it been since it was last full?  I drive past the lake a few times in the '90s and saw that the drought had wreaked havoc on its recreational industry due to the extremely low levels.  Since I moved from California to the East Cosst in 2004, it's been a case of "out of sight, out of mind" for me.  I'd be so happy to find that the lake has been restored.
