At a bare minimum

+ Add fuel stabilizer to fuel
+ Pull all freeze plugs
+ Pull both hose from raw water pump

Best would be

+ Add fuel stabilizer
+ Fog Engine
+ Change oil and filter
+ Then pull freeze plugs and water pump hoses
+ Clean hull and interior

Call Cathouse, the come to the lake periodically and I am sure he would be more than happy to do your winterization and teach you how to do such for the future.
