thanks to all. My dad always said " a little knowledge is dangerous",so with my little knowledge, think I will foot the bill for someone else to do the testing and replacement. Fortunately, my tank is real easy to get to everything, so the mechanic will not have a problem along those lines. Unless the gas station and marina is lying, ethanol has not been a factor. Have a great weekend everyone.
