Happened in the mall shooting. To your point, these guys don't want to go anywhere near people that can defend themselves. Hence they will always prefer the gun free zones like malls, colleges, etc. Their mission is murder and mayhem and not getting themselves killed before they can do so. They are indeed cowards, hacking off heads, shooting kneeling men in the back of the head and so on......gutless and evil.

As Norman Swarzkopf said when asked by some dumb reporter how you defeat an enemy that is willing to die for their cause, "You accommodate them.......in large numbers". It seems that today we have far too few of his type of commander and too many worried about gender equality, diversity, looking good to the press and their next promotion.
