Maybe so, but even a dunce can expect the president to be competent. I really think it is bigotry. They expected perfection out of Bush and found him wanting.  TOTUS is the biggest failure as a president since Jimmy Carter and yet they still approve of his performance. Much, much lower expectations and all I can figure is that they look at the color of his skin and say, "Meh, what can you expect from a guy we had to use affirmative action to get anywhere.  Those people need us benevolent, white liberals to give them a pass on pretty much everything because of their inferior intellect caused by centuries of racism".   It's odd too that they never explain this.......
