Its still a great view......soon to be a great fall. Hard to believe that was missed by the geotech folks when they built the house. I suspect the lawsuits are flying right now. I suppose the good news is that for now the house is still outside the flood plain so no FEMA insurance is needed. Maybe he should sell it now as a boat house.
