- "We believe that Wall Street needs stronger rules and tougher enforcement, and we're willing to fight for it." -  Better watch out because those people are the big donors to the Dem party and the big beneficiaries of Obama's economic nonsense while the average middle class person and minorities suffer the most.  More government involvement in business only creates crony capitalism and the govt picking winners and losers and we see how badly that works pretty much everywhere its been tried.  Just plain dumb.

"We believe in science, and that means that we have a responsibility to protect this Earth." -  As long as you follow the science this makes sense.  Of course that means you can drop the anthropogenic climate change nonsense and EPA's out of control activities.  But then again, none of that is science based anyway.

"We believe that the Internet shouldn't be rigged to benefit big corporations, and that means real net neutrality." - This is abject nonsense and is really code for censorship.  The best way to keep the net neutral is to keep the government out of it.  But she thinks the govt is the arbiter of fairness which it never is.

"We believe that no one should work full-time and still live in poverty, and that means raising the minimum wage." - Economic illiteracy at work.  Just look at the results from a few microcosisms where they raised the minimum wage, say around Sea-Tac airport and you will see how profoundly stupid this is.  If you want to make more get an education, work hard, take risks.  If you make lifestyle choices that only make you suitable for low paying jobs then you have to live with your choices.  Artificially raising wages only increases unemployment and causes inflation.

"We believe that fast-food workers deserve a livable wage, and that means that when they take to the picket line, we are proud to fight alongside them." -  Picket all you want, there is always someone else who will take your job.  All that they are doing is accelerating the mechanization of the industry and the elimination of jobs.  If you don't like what they pay you, thake your lack of skills and education and try to find another job.  Good luck with that.

"We believe that students are entitled to get an education without being crushed by debt." -  Another example of populist economic illiteracy.  Not to mention the fact that one of the more loyal constituencies of leftist drivel is in academia so you are biting the hand that feeds you and dulls the minds of the students to make them likewise illiterate and unable to think rationally and logically.  But what she is really talking about is robbing Peter to pay Paul's outrageous loan debt that they took on for their degree in women's studies or ethnic studies or some other worthless degree and now they can't find a job and are whining.  No one is entltled to a college education and frnakly a big part of the problem is the easy money loans sends more people to college who really should not go there.  Stupid, but it feeds the Dem party campaign coffers.

"We believe that after a lifetime of work, people are entitled to retire with dignity, and that means protecting Social Security, Medicare, and pensions." - totally agree on Social Security and Medicare but her solution would higher taxes and more government control.  Exactly the wrong approach already tried and failed.  Both are bankrupt and her answer will be exaclty wrong.  As for pensions, they are ridiculous, underfunded and a mess.  Don't know the answer but making me pay for someone's lucrative pension that was never properly funded is not the answer.....but I will bet its hers.

"We believe—I can't believe I have to say this in 2014—we believe in equal pay for equal work." - Ah equality......I believe in equal opportunity.  Let the markets decide what the pay is.  Women are already paid equally despite all the abject nonsesnse on the subject....well everywhere but in the Obama White House.  Maybe she shoudl start there.

"We believe that equal means equal, and that's true in marriage, it's true in the workplace, it's true in all of America." - Everyone has the right to marry someone of the opposite gender so we already have equality.  Gay marriage is an oxymoron and even if you put a dress on a pig, its still a pig.  But it keeps the gays (all 1%-2% of them) writing checks to the Dem party doesn't it?

"We believe that immigration has made this country strong and vibrant, and that means reform." -  I think we have seen the problem with immigration reform.  It results in more illegal Democrats and enforcement doesn't happen.  When they fully enforce current immigration laws and secure the border we can talk.  Until then, no thanks.

"And we believe that corporations are not people, that women have a right to their bodies. We will overturn Hobby Lobby and we will fight for it. We will fight for it!" - What an idiot....but she probably sounds good to the feminazis.  Gee, I thought when SCOTUS rules it is settled law (see everything the left says or writes about Roe v Wade).  Yeah I know, these idiot women want corporations to keep their hands off their bodies, except the part about paying for their abortifacients.  I would say you can't have it both ways but that is a fundamental tenet of left wing nuts.  And corporations are people.....SCOTUS said so, right?  And if they are wrong about that then they are wrong about Roe v Wade.  But i doubt she thinks that way.

So you see GF, these little sounds bites are simply rife with abject nonsense and populist drivel.  All point in one direction, more government control of every aspect of our lives.  No thanks.  If I want that I can move to the South American countries that these irresponsible parents are sending their kids from at great risk.  Imagine that, running away from socialism so they can vote for socialists and screw up our country like theirs.  Sort of like what the people from California have done to other western states.
