But sadly not even remotely close to what is needed to defeat these savages.  Given their radical ideology and barabrism there is only one way to defeat them and that is to kill them all.  Do I think this president, whose stated goal now is to degrade and destroy them but keeping it manageable, has the wherewithal to understand the threat and respond appropriately?  Not even close.  His comments remind me of the baseball coach that goes to the mound and tells his pitcher not to throw anything the next batter can hit.  And as he is walking away he turns around and tells the pitcher, "But don't walk him either!"  The pitcher has no idea what to do and for good reason, just like our military will have no idea what the man child even means.  

There is no measurable way to "manage" this threat.  They must be destroyed with extreme force and if we don't do that you can expect them to be here mass killing Americans in no time.  Actually scratch that, WOTUS has known about this threat for over a year and has done nothing I believe out of fear and loathing of looking like Bush.  I will say this again, only a traitor would not fulfill his obligation to protect and defend the citizens and interests of the US as commander and chief.  What he needs to do is tell the military that our objective is to destroy ISIS/ISIL in Iraq and Syria and then turn them loose.  Of course, the better question is whether the unilateral disarming and degradation of our military over the last 6 years have rendered us unable to respond to this threat, let alone Putin's aim to reestablish the USSR.
