Given the sorry state of the electorate I share your pessimism.  It's a sad reality that an incompetent, worn out has been with zero accomplishments is the best the democrat party can come up......well except for the rape is a fun fantasy socialist and the rock and roll taxer....oh, and now we have the wildly accomplished septegenarian party chameleon to add to the mix.  One would think we have had enough from baby boomer presidents from either party.
