Pretty much sums up what happens when the government gets involved in anything.  The sad reality is that all these totally predicted negative outcomes have happened before the law takes total effect in 2016 and even with all the unconstitutional changes by Obola.  So instead of passing legislation that addressed the real problems they have pretty much screwed it up for everyone other than members of Congress and SCOTUS.
