Wow, a lowly unsophisticated IT guy has hired one of the most expensive DC law firms with close ties to the Clintons......wonder if the crime family foundation is paying his $1,000 per hour lawyers? And now he has refused to provide a proffer as a first step in potentially granting him immunity in exchange for his testimony. Of course this is common practice for someone seeking immunity in exchange for testimony. Without it there is no incentive to tell the truth once granted immunity. And he has refused......probably wise not to add perjury to the other crimes he committed. Of course he isn't worried about Congress, he is worried about the IG, FBI and DOJ and their investigations and rightly so. Maybe Hillary will offer to pardon him if he takes the fall....assuming of course she wins the nomination and then the general election. Quite a roll of the dice for the guy.
At this point if I were him I would hold out to see if Hillary can swing a back room deal with dear leader to call off the hounds. Not sure what she has to offer him unless she has photos or some other incriminating evidence to use for "persuasion". October is going to be an interesting month.
