No rate increase......suspect the tea leaves they are reading about the economy tells them more increases will be disastrous at this fragile time.  I suspect the scuttlebuut about rolling back the 25 basis point increase is looking more likely.  But hey, of the 14M new people in the workforce since dear leader came on board we have created 6M new, lousy paying jobs.
