Filibuster away until the next President is in the WH.  As for the nuclear option you must have been asleep because the Democrats did use it for judicial nominations.  I say no more picks for the worst President since FDR.....but knowing how squishy the GOP Senators are I have no doubt they will fold and we will see the end of our right to bear arms and no limits on the power of the Federal govt.  That's when I cash out of my business and hunker down paying as few taxes as possible.
