Look on the bright side, APCO generated a lot of cheap electricity dropping the lake down.  I agree that it does seem higher at my house as well.  Who do I believe, APCO or my lying eyes?  When we end a drought we do it with purpose.  Given the end of El Nino it was exactly what you would expect and very happy news.
