Not sure what he's thinking but I saw someone talking about what it was like in a business meeting with him. He came in, sat down and after about 30 seconds of pleasantries asked the person what he wanted to get out of some business deal they were negotiating. The person told him, he thought about it and said that would work. Pleasantly ended to meeting and left. I suspect he is not much for all the pomp and circumstance and wants to get to work. This may be a really interesting four years because as we know, Presidents doesn't control the circumstances they face and they think they will focus on one thing and the world throws them a curve.
As for the peaceful transition of power, it is indeed an amazing thing and one not to be taken for granted. Especially when you look around the world today and in the past. I for one am glad its over and am cautiously optimistic about the next four years. Time will tell if that optimism is warranted.
