Of course there is no answer because collusion is not a violation of any laws. And frankly it would not meet the criteria of high crimes and misdemeanors. So Goofy, unless Mueller can prove there was a conspiracy to commit some violation of a criminal statute and that Trump was a principal actor there is very little hope of impeachment and even less of a conviction. In fact, what we learned from the Clinton saga is that even perjury (a felony) and disbarment don't even meet that bar. So even if Trump lies under oath he should not be convicted in an impeachment proceeding in the Senate. That is of course assuming Republicans act in the same manner as Democrats and are held to the same standard. What it would do is cripple his presidency so maybe in the minds of the left that is a good thing.
