That's a tough one.  Two questions really.  First is who might he ask.  Second is who would accept.  Considering the way he has campaigned, his ethics issues vis-a-vis has family, his creepy behavior and the headwinds of incumbency I'm not sure many sane Democrats will want to sign on as his VP.  Him and Sanders would be quite the pair but Biden might hope it helps with the youth vote.  But at what expense with Independents repelled by socialism, not to mention it will be a race to see who's heart stops beating first.  Warren is another possibility but she sure doesn't seem to bring much to the table given she came in third in her home state.  No way it's Little Mike, his ego would never allow him to go there.  Mayo Pete will lose him the black vote.  Klobuchar is a possibility as it gets a woman and someone younger and not a crazy socialist one heart beat away but it won't help with the youth vote.

One thing for certain, given his age I am guessing it will be someone younger (which is pretty much 99% of the population) and either a woman or a minority, preferably both.  Expect some up and coming governor maybe.  All that being said, I obviously have no idea.  Then again, Joe doesn't even know what office he is running for or what state he is in so he'll probably be as surprised as the rest of us as to who gets picked.
