I did read some interesting things.  One, Sullivan can maybe ask for the entire panel to rule on this which will delay it even further.  I fully expect him to do so if that is possible.  His goal is to run out the clock and hope Trump loses in November.  What he must realize is that Trump will pardon Flynn before he leaves office...or at least I would hope he would.  Other legal commentators are saying it is over.  Second, qualified immunity may not apply and Flynn can possibly sue the DOJ for $6.6M in legal fees.  When this is finally over I would expect him to do so and I would hope he would sue specific individuals as well as DOJ.
