If you want authentic guacamole go to Los Cabos in Montgomery (across East Blvd from Lowes). Order "top shelf" guacamole. Prepared at your table, starting with real avocados, adding (to your taste) cilantro, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and lime juice.

It is the real deal....if you happen to be in Fungummery...give it a try and tell Rigo (the owner) that Jim sent you (I might get a comp 'grita out of it).
