you are probably right, but it is because there is little access by boat with all of the docks filled by condo owners and the place is difficult to get to by land. you have to walk through the condo complex.

having said that, if they get cheap beer and fast women, they will fill the place with locals, and not even need the lake crowd. If I were a condo owner, I would be worried that the new owners would turn it into a juke joint for trailer trash.

condo owners might want to work with the new people so that the place appeals to the crowd that would most benefit them.
