Is the level of the lake beginning to stabilize, and why?

The APCO chart would seem to indicate this, and how is this happening without any rain?

It says they are reducing flows down stream. When I was on the Alabama River this past weekend, it was very very low. Ramps are becoming kinda tough to use. Lots of rain would be nice.

We crossed over the Tensaw and Mobile rivers last Wednesday, and they were both flowing strong. Must be from the Tombigbee if not from the Alabama.
