1.  142,000 new jobs in August.

2.  Unemployment down to 6.1%, matching the lowest monthly rate since mid 2008.

3.  Employment has gone up every month for more than 4 years in a row.  Something that has not happened

       since the mid 90's

4.  More than 9,450,000 new jobs since Feb 2009.

5.  More than 7.3 times as many new jobs between Jan 20, 2009 and today as between Jan 20, 2001 and

       Jan 19, 2009.

6.  More than 900,000 more people are working today than at the pre-recession peak.  There are more

        Americans working today than ever before!!

Yeah, yeah...I know MM, today's figure was a "disappointment" to you. I also know that if the president of the United States had an R after his name you would be praising the above statistics as outstanding...which is what they are considering the head winds thrown up against recovery by the take no prisoners, no compromise ever, "shut it down" Tea party gang of nutcases running the congress and ruining the country today.

yes, Martini will most likely eat you alive once again.  But tell me, do you KNOW how many of those new jobs are part time?  Do you KNOW whether the employment situation has ReALLY changed for the better?

dont discount the fact that American entrepreneurship will overcome obstacles to succeed.  Your messiah has injected many more obstacles, yet entrepreneurs continue to succeed.  Might you be able to fathom how much better we might be if your man-child didn't insert so many obstacles?

I thnk I now understand how TOTUS got reelected. I am not even going to bother to try to educate you on these numbers. You are invincibly ignorant. Seriously Archie, where do you get your news?  What grades did you get in school?  No one can be this economically illiterate and be able to balance a checkbook!

Weekly jobless claims on the rise and we have a record number of Americans not working and on government assistance and Archie is doing the end zone dance......except he is in the wrong end zone and just scored a safety for the other team.......honestly Archibald, you really should be chagrined at this faux voctory dance over bad economic news.  While one can sort of wonder at your blind following of a failure of a president one also has to question your grip on reality.  You really may need professional help.
