With the announcements today that the average price of gasoline in GA has dropped 13 cents in a week and about $1.80 since June and today stands at $2.82 per gallon, and that the inflation rate for November was just 0.01%!  I'm sure since 90% of this forum gave 100% of the blame to Joe Biden when prices were going up, I'm assuming at least a couple of the ''fair minded'' folks on the forum would have given Biden at least a miniscule amount of credit now that it going the other way.

 Actually, unless Biden somehow controls the economies in all of Europe and the advanced economies all over the world, he had almost nothing to do with the worldwide run up nor does he deserve congratulations for the improvements. But humm, wait a minute, wonder why the good old USA is about the only place in the world that is seeing any significant turn-around...maybe old dementia Joe is somehow haveing a good effect after all.

Sorry was trying to figure out the family budget - moved the few cents per gallon savings into the grocery column and still had to dip into savings/retirement to cover the rising prices of food!

Easy to explain.  I pay more because I tend to now grocery shop at establishments that are safe inside as well as feeling safe while along in a parking lot.  Security costs have to born by the customer, which I am happy to pay in order to simply enjoy a productive and safe grocery shopping experience.

I cannot believe I am typing this.  What a world Biden has left us and our children in two short years.
