We are looking to sell our existing place, and among many possibilities found a single family home property for sale in Stillwaters.  Anyone willing to share the ups and downs and any other pertinent information that we might find helpful?  We are intrigued with what a Stillwaters residence might bring.  One thing that comes to mind, considering the $$ it takes to keep such a development going, is whether there is an HOA fee, and if so, what it might be.  Thanks in advance for any information you might be able to provide.
