Agree with previous "poster"- - - As the amount of boat traffic increases, and as more docks are constructed, 3 issues should concern TVA and TWRA:  Bank erosion, Dock damage, and the Safety of lake users. 

Boaters need to adjust their speed and proximity and respect the areas with docks.    Some low or no wake buoys are needed, especially in narrow channels such as in Flat Creek.
