Can anyone tell me where the lake level reported at:

http://greatsalt.uslakes.info/Level.asp

.. is measured? It shows the lake level has only risen ~1'.

Meanwhile, the USGS reports the water level at Saltair Boat Harbor is up over 4'. However, this does not represent the lake overall, as it is divided by berms and roads, so that the new waters are not yet distributed.
https://webapps.usgs.gov/gsl/

Does anyone have any other good sources for what the fully-distributed lake level would be?

Thanks!
