1 survey is from a random sampling of 122,000 businesses and Gov't agency hiring--(no accounting is made for layoffs);

the other survey is random calling to approx 60,000 households, --it does not differentiate new hires that are legal/ green carded/ illegal;

Goldman thus concludes the REAL UNEMPLOYMENT RATE is being UNDERESTIMATED by at least 1-2% monthly;
