Since when has any part of Lake Moultrie been off limits to the public? I realize there are private docks but this isnt a dock. There are some real bullies in the Overton area. Not the park area but a small little subdivision that thinks it can have peoples cars towed and essentially bullied right off the "beach" area!! I we have gone there to swim for many years and all of a sudden it is off limits!! Why? Can anyone tell me?
