Does anyone know of any method to replace the flooring (carpet) on a pontoon without completely removeing everything from the boat? Pontoon boat not worth much, but just needs new carpet, or whatever. Not worth putting $2,500 into a new carpet job.

You would think they would do something different. I replaced the wood and carpet in one a few years ago. The worst part was getting the old rusted bolts off. I did save a lot of money doing it myself though.
