Need help! Feeding large crowd

Well, the time has come. I have 45 pounds of pulled pork ready to go. We will be taking 4 of the large cans of beans with the extras, onions, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and molasses, and some bacon, for baked beans. Our other side will be small individual bags of potato chips. We're taking 120 hamburger buns for the pork, and 120 cupcakes for desert. Drinks will be sweet tea, unsweetened tea and water. Including plates, cups, napkins, forks, etc, we will be right at the $3 per person goal. Thanks for all the help and advice! BTY, the cancer fundraiser cruise only had about 40 people show due to weather, but we raised over $3,000 for brain cancer research!! :-)
