I'm on Manoy Creek, have done some field strength measurements and I can confirm "Bigfoot"'s results duplicate what I found. I'd say that regardless of any realistic antenna height, we are just too far away from a critical mass of stations unless you just want to watch one or two.

The local cable company wanted several thousand dollars to put a cable drop to our house, so we instead selected DishNetwork, which has been very reliable for us. We are full-time residents here, so we rely on a television feed for more than just casual weekends.
