I wish this thread had started a month ago. Put me in the "still waiting for Dish to deliver those locals" category. And this after two live technicians, three on-line or phone consultations, four different solutions-- zero that worked-- and at least one blatant lie. (Installer: "your locals should download in about ten minutes." Tech #2: "There's no way you can get local channels with this set-up; the person who installed it had to know that.")

Like I said, I wish this thread was a month old; it could have saved me a lot of hassle.
