None of us were in the courtroom, we only get our information from the press, whether it be CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, etc. and they tell us what they think we need to know. With that said, I would rather have "my day in court" in America than anywhere else.

I feel sorry for all families involved...this story could be any one of us. and then how would you feel?
