Lake topic, right??
Seeking advice/opinions about the riggings you use regularly to tie your boat to your floating dock.
I use two (fore/aft) lines from boat cleats to dock cleats. 3/8" rope coiled around a rubber bungee cord (shock cord) with loops tied at both ends for the cleats. I leave the lines on the dock all Summer because it makes it easy to launch/dock the boat the exact same way each time. Spare lines in boat for other docking.
Other than davits, is there a better way??
Thanks
