about Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. I'm not so sure about John Lewis.
I believe that the discourse on racism will change over time and become more civil. I look forward to that, if I'm still around to see it.
Of course, where I lived in Northern VA, the racist comments were more likely to be directed at Hispanics than blacks. Understand that in AZ, according to my sister, it was the same -- except specifically Mexicans.

I think these were probably just two people I happened to overhear. I saw another incident of very subtle racism one day.
